# **Waitlist and founder code terms**

Last updated: \[date]

These terms apply to the Relowme waitlist, the founder code and the referral program.

## **Waitlist**

Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buying Relowme. Plans and prices are still being defined and may change before launch.

## **Founder code**

The first 100 businesses to join the waitlist get a founder code with these conditions:

- 40% off the launch price for the first year.
- Valid on any yearly plan.
- Personal and non-transferable: one code per business.
- Redeemable from launch day until \[redemption deadline].
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash.

## **Referral program**

For every business that joins the waitlist with your link, you move up the waitlist. Moving up has no monetary value. We may invalidate fake or duplicate sign-ups.
